Professor Beverley Hunt OBE is Professor of thrombosis and haemostasis at King's College and Guy's & St Thomas's, London and is a consultant in the departments of haematology & pathology. She is a national and international expert in thrombosis and acquired bleeding disorders.

She has sat on multiple national and international guideline writing groups, including NICE has extensive clinical experience of thrombotic and acquired bleeding disorders and runs a very active research group with over 350 peer-reviewed publications to her name.

She is Medical Director of Thrombosis UK and chair of the steering committee of World Thrombosis Day.
